Rose Cohen

Rose Cohen is a Managing Director and Regional Market Manager based in Washington, DC. In this role, Rose is responsible for leading a team of Private Bankers and managing client relationships with ultra-high net worth families and family offices. Rose provides strategic advice and consultation to ultra-high net worth individuals, families and foundations while coordinating access to internal specialists and external trusted client advisors. Rose is also the Global Client Service Specialist for the East Region of the US.


With over 30 years of commercial and private banking experience in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Rose serves as a leader within Citi Private Bank as both an experienced banker and a community leader. Rose holds the Series 7, 63, and 66 FINRA licenses.


Prior to joining Citi Private Bank in August of 2015, Rose was a Managing Director and Senior Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank with extensive background working with families and foundations in the areas of investment management, banking, trust and estates, philanthropy, family education and governance. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Rose held banking roles in the Washington, DC region at GenSpring Family Offices,
BB&T and Bank of America.


Rose Cohen is a 2011 recipient of the Washington Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business” award. Active in the community; Rose is a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Maryland College Park Foundation, board member of the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business Foundation, Smith Advisory Council, Girl scouts of the Nation’s Capital and trustee of the United Jewish Endowment Foundation.


Ms. Cohen received her B.A. in Economics from The University of California, Santa Barbara and MBA with a concentration in Finance from The Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
