The health and safety of our constituents, volunteers and staff remain our driver as we address the COVID-19 outbreak and continue to pursue our mission, today and in the longer term.

Given the evolving nature of COVID-19 and based on the guidance from the CDC, local and state health departments serving the National Capital Area Region, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule the Brain Ball Gala originally scheduled for Friday, May 1. Our new date is Friday, October 2, 2020.

This is a disappointing decision for everyone involved, but the hard work and support of our Brain Ball Committee, Honorees, donors, and sponsors is greatly appreciated and recognized.

As always, the Alzheimer’s Association is available 24/7 for support. If you or someone you know needs assistance, please call our Helpline at 1.800.272.3900 or go to alz.org

We hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy during this time. We truly appreciate all of your many contributions, your resilience in these challenging days and your relentless dedication to our cause. We look forward to the opportunity to gather as a community soon to advance our mission and realize our vision of a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
